Who we are

Core App Labs Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong and publishes mobile applications on the App Store and Google Play. Our registered address is Room 5003, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Email privacy questions to info@coreapplabshq.com.

What this notice covers

This is a general notice for our mobile applications. The information an app handles depends on its features. Its store page and in-app notices provide the disclosures for that product.

If this notice differs from a current in-app notice or store privacy label, follow the product-specific disclosure. A category listed below is not collected by every app.

What we may collect

Depending on the app and features you use, we may process the following categories:

• Identifiers. A device, installation, account, or advertising identifier may be processed where an app uses account functions, analytics, attribution, or advertising.
• Usage and diagnostics. App interactions, device and operating-system information, performance data, and crash logs may be used to keep a product working and improve its quality.
• Purchases. If an app offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchase and entitlement status is handled through the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
• Account or contact details. An app may ask for limited account information where an account is necessary, or receive contact details when you choose to request support.
• Content you submit. We process text, files, images, preferences, or other content only where an app allows you to enter, create, store, or upload it.
• Location. Location information is processed only where an app provides a location-based feature, requests the appropriate device permission, and you allow it.

If an app does not request a permission and does not use the related feature or software service, we do not collect that category through that app. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

An app may use information to:

• operate and personalise its features;
• maintain an account or save preferences;
• process app-store purchases and subscriptions;
• find faults, maintain security, and improve the app;
• answer support messages and privacy requests;
• show or measure advertising where the app discloses its use;
• meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and enforce terms.

We use information only for the app, user requests, and related publishing operations.

How we obtain information

We may receive information directly from you in an app or by email; automatically from the device when you use an enabled feature; from Apple or Google, such as purchase and subscription status; and from service providers used for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support, or advertising when a particular app integrates those services.

Material third-party services will be reflected in the disclosures for the apps that use them. A service is not used by an app merely because that type of service is described in this general notice.

Sharing

We may share limited information with Apple or Google to distribute an app and manage purchases; with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, security, advertising, or support; with professional advisers; or with authorities when required by law. Service providers are expected to use the information only for the agreed service and to protect it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising unless an app clearly discloses that practice and provides the required consent flow.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate and support a product, maintain security and accounts, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The period varies by app, type of information, and provider. We delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed where practicable.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children

Unless a specific app and its store listing state otherwise, our apps are not directed at children under 13 or the minimum age required in the user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate steps.

Your choices and rights

You can control app permissions, notifications, and certain privacy settings through your device. Platform controls may also allow you to manage app tracking, advertising preferences, subscriptions, and account access. Removing permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, receive a portable copy, or object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy authority. To make a request, email info@coreapplabshq.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

International users

We are based in Hong Kong and publish for users in other countries. Information may be processed in Hong Kong or wherever our service providers operate. Data protection laws vary by country. We apply any safeguards required for international transfers.

Changes

We may update this notice when products, features, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. An app will provide any additional notice required for a material change.
